Food Services Week 2014 (October 6th to 10th)

What would we do without our brothers and sisters who work in food services?

They ensure that clients, patients, residents, visitors and staff have access to safely prepared, high quality healthy meals and snacks in our facilities. Our professional food services members make sure that food allergies and dietary needs are taken into account to safeguard against possible complications that can cause set-backs in recovery and impact a persons overall health.

To celebrate Food Services Week, SEIU-West is inviting our members to make it an extra tasty week by competing in a friendly Bake-Off!!

If you are a food services worker and a member of SEIU-West, rummage up your favourite recipe and ask your co-workers to be the taste testers! All they have to do is send us a picture of the treat you prepared along with their reviews and their ‘approval rating’ to catherine.gendron@seiuwest.ca  by 5 pm on Monday, October 13, 2014. Winners will be featured on the SEIU-West website and Facebook page!

All submissions have a chance to win one of four awesome SEIU-West prizes!!
